Castle of Death

Wow! This is amazing! First of all, I really like this and I currently am unable to do this kind of work with my skill level. I do, however, see a couple things that can be improved upon. The first thing I have to ask is what is the emphasis on? Is it the person on the left, the lightning, or the part of the castle silhouette against the moon? That was just from the lighting, but when color comes into the picture, it could be numerous amount of things. Next, I question the position of the moon. It emphasizes the part of the castle, but it does take away from the lightning. Both the lightning and the moon are fighting for attention. I think if you de-emphasize one of them, it would fix where the eye is focused to by either use of color, contrast, or size. Next, I would really like to see either a more darkened sky or an addition of red into the sky, it would give it a much more ominous feel. Even with those tiny issues, it is an amazing piece.
